Ultimate Steak Burritos

Ingredients
  

For the Steak
  • 500 g flank or skirt steak sliced
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper
For the Burrito
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups cooked cilantro lime rice
  • 1 cup black beans rinsed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Marinate the steak slices with lime juice and spices for 15 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Sear the steak in a hot skillet for 3-4 minutes until cooked to your liking.
Assembling
  1. Warm the tortillas.
  2. Layer rice, beans, steak, cheese, salsa, and sour cream in the center of each tortilla.
  3. Fold in the sides and roll up tightly.
  4. Optional: Toast the burritos in a dry skillet for 1 minute per side.
