Preparation
- Grate the cucumber and squeeze out all excess moisture using a paper towel.
- Shred the cooked chicken and place in a large bowl.
Mixing
- In a medium bowl, whisk together yogurt, cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, dill, and olive oil.
- Add the dressing to the chicken along with red onion, tomatoes, and olives.
Finishing
- Toss everything together until well combined.
- Serve chilled on its own, in a pita, or over a bed of greens.
