Prepare Turkey Taco Meat
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground turkey and cook, breaking it apart with a spatula, until no longer pink, about 7 minutes.
- Stir in taco seasoning and water; simmer for 5 minutes until mixture thickens.
- Remove from heat and set aside.
Assemble Salad
- In a large salad bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, black beans, corn, red onion, shredded cheddar, and cilantro.
- Add the cooked turkey taco meat on top of the salad base.
Add Toppings and Serve
- Top salad with sliced avocado.
- Drizzle sour cream and salsa over the salad.
- Sprinkle crushed tortilla chips on top for crunch, if desired.
- Serve with lime wedges on the side.
