Method
Prepare Strawberries
- Dice strawberries and toss with lemon juice and sugar if using
- Let sit for 5 minutes to macerate
Combine Base
- In a jar or container, combine oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, honey, and vanilla
- Stir until well combined
Layer and Refrigerate
- Add half the oat mixture to serving jars
- Layer with macerated strawberries
- Top with remaining oat mixture
- Seal and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight
Serve
- Top with additional strawberries, nuts, and coconut
- Drizzle with extra honey if desired
- Serve cold straight from refrigerator
