Ingredients
  

Oat Base
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
Strawberry Layer
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries diced
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
Cream Layer
  • 1/4 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
Toppings
  • Sliced strawberries
  • Toasted almonds
  • Mint leaves
  • White chocolate shavings

Method
 

Prepare Oats
  1. Combine oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds
  2. Stir well, cover, refrigerate overnight
Make Compote
  1. Macerate strawberries with honey and lemon
  2. Mash slightly, refrigerate 30 minutes
Whip Cream
  1. Whip cream to soft peaks
  2. Fold in vanilla and powdered sugar
Assemble
  1. Layer oats, compote, and cream
  2. Top with fresh strawberries and almonds
  3. Serve chilled
