Method
Cook Steak
- Pat steaks dry and season generously with salt and pepper
- Heat oil in large skillet over high heat
- Sear steaks 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare
- Add garlic to pan and baste steaks with butter
- Remove steaks and let rest
Prepare Sauce
- Reduce heat to medium, add butter to same skillet
- Season shrimp with Cajun seasoning and cook 1-2 minutes per side
- Remove shrimp and set aside
- Add cream and broth to skillet, simmer until slightly reduced
- Whisk in Parmesan until smooth
Finish and Serve
- Return shrimp to sauce, add green onions
- Slice steaks against the grain
- Spoon sauce and shrimp over steaks
- Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges
