Method
- Mash black beans in bowl, leaving some texture. Add corn, breadcrumbs, onion, jalapeño, garlic, spices, egg, salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Form into 6 patties. Chill 15 minutes.
- Make crema: Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Cook patties 4-5 minutes per side until crispy.
- Serve on buns with avocado crema, lettuce, and tomato.

• Gluten-free: Use GF breadcrumbs
• Baking option: 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes, flip halfway
