- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle taco seasoning over the chicken.
- Pour salsa and chicken broth over the chicken.
- Add black beans and corn on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours until chicken is tender.
- Remove chicken from slow cooker and shred with two forks.
- Return shredded chicken to the slow cooker and stir to combine with the juices and veggies.
- Lay out tortillas and spoon some cooked rice, shredded chicken mixture, and cheddar cheese onto each tortilla.
- Roll up the tortillas into burritos.
- Serve immediately with optional toppings like sour cream, cilantro, avocado, salsa, and lime wedges.
