Method
Prepare Dough
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt
- Add warm milk, melted butter, and egg
- Knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic
- Place in greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour
Make Filling
- In a bowl, mix softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon
- Gently fold in raspberries, being careful not to crush them completely
Assemble Rolls
- Roll dough into 15x9 inch rectangle
- Spread filling evenly over dough
- Roll up tightly from long side
- Cut into 9 equal pieces
- Place in greased 9x9 inch baking pan
- Cover and let rise for 30 minutes
Bake and Glaze
- Preheat oven to 375°F
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown
- While baking, whisk together glaze ingredients
- Drizzle warm rolls with lemon glaze
- Serve warm or at room temperature
