Prepare Crust
- Preheat oven to 325°F
- Mix crumbs, butter, sugar and spice
- Press into 9-inch springform pan
- Bake 10 minutes, cool
Make Filling
- Beat cream cheese until smooth
- Add pumpkin, sugar, eggs one at a time
- Mix in sour cream, cornstarch, vanilla, cinnamon
- Pour over crust
Add Streusel
- Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon
- Cut in butter until crumbly
- Stir in pecans
- Sprinkle over filling
Bake
- Bake 70-75 minutes until center jiggles slightly
- Turn off oven, leave door ajar for 1 hour
- Chill overnight before serving
