- Sear steak in batches, set aside
Vegetables
- Sauté onions, peppers and mushrooms until caramelized
- Season with garlic powder and pepper
Sauce
- Make roux with butter and flour
- Whisk in milk, simmer until thickened
- Melt in provolone cheese
Combine
- Toss pasta with vegetables, steak and cheese sauce
- Add pasta water as needed to adjust consistency
