Crust
- Mix flour and salt
- Cut in butter, add water
- Chill 30 minutes, roll out
Filling
- Whisk all filling ingredients
- Strain through sieve
Bake
- Pour filling into crust
- Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes
- Reduce to 350°F, bake 40 minutes
Cool
- Cool completely on rack
- Top with whipped cream
