  • 4 cups fresh peaches sliced

  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
Cinnamon Roll Layer
  • 2 cans refrigerated cinnamon roll dough
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
Topping
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup cold butter
  • Vanilla ice cream for serving

Method
 

Prepare Filling
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F
  2. Toss peaches with brown sugar, lemon juice, and spices
  3. Let sit for 15 minutes to release juices
Assemble Base
  1. Pour peach mixture into greased 9x13 baking dish
  2. Separate cinnamon rolls and cut each into quarters
  3. Arrange pieces over peaches
  4. Drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle with pecans
Add Topping
  1. Combine oats, flour, and brown sugar
  2. Cut in cold butter until crumbly
  3. Sprinkle over cinnamon roll layer
Bake and Serve
  1. Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden and bubbly
  2. Cool for 10 minutes before serving
  3. Drizzle with included cinnamon roll icing
