Ingredients
  

Dry
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
Wet
  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 ripe bananas mashed
Add-ins
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup pecans chopped

Method
 

Prep
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
  2. Grease 9x5 loaf pan
Cream
  1. Cream butter and sugar until light
  2. Beat in eggs one at a time
Combine
  1. Mix in bananas and vanilla
  2. Alternate adding dry ingredients and buttermilk
Bake
  1. Fold in pecans
  2. Bake 55-65 minutes until golden
  3. Cool completely before slicing
