Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
For the Creamy Topping
  • 1 cup creamy Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese divided
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika optional

Method
 

Prep and Sauce
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together Caesar dressing, sour cream, and 1 cup of the Parmesan cheese.
Assemble and Bake
  1. Place chicken in the prepared baking dish.
  2. Spoon the creamy mixture evenly over each chicken breast, ensuring they are fully covered.
  3. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese and paprika over the top.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
Rest and Serve
  1. Remove from oven and let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
  2. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
