Cook Chicken

- Cook for 5-7 minutes without moving to develop sear
- Stir-fry until cooked through and caramelized
- Remove from heat and let rest
Assemble Bowls
- Divide rice among serving bowls
- Top with cooked chicken, pickled vegetables, and fresh vegetables
- Add an egg to each bowl
- Drizzle with gochujang sauce
- Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, and nori
