Ingredients
  

Beef
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger grated
Sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp gochujang
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
Serve
  • 4 cups cooked rice
  • 2 carrots julienned
  • 1 cucumber sliced
  • 4 eggs fried
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Method
 

Cook
  1. Brown ground beef in skillet, breaking into small pieces
  2. Add garlic and ginger, cook 1 minute
Sauce
  1. Whisk sauce ingredients together
  2. Add to beef, simmer until thickened
Serve
  1. Divide rice among bowls
  2. Top with beef, vegetables and fried egg
  3. Garnish with sesame seeds
