Make Dough
- Combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in bowl
- Add warm milk, soft butter, and eggs
- Mix until dough comes together
- Knead until smooth and elastic, 5-7 minutes
First Rise
- Place dough in greased bowl, cover
- Let rise in warm place until doubled, 1-2 hours
Shape Rolls
- Punch down dough, divide into 12 pieces
- Shape each into smooth ball
- Place in greased baking pan
- Cover and rise 30-45 minutes
Bake and Finish
- Bake at 375°F until golden, 20-25 minutes
- Meanwhile, combine melted butter and garlic
- Brush warm rolls with garlic butter
- Sprinkle with parsley and serve
