Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 1/4 tsp instant yeast
Wet Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup soft butter
  • 2 eggs room temperature
  • 1 tsp salt
Garlic Butter
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped

Method
 

Make Dough
  1. Combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in bowl
  2. Add warm milk, soft butter, and eggs
  3. Mix until dough comes together
  4. Knead until smooth and elastic, 5-7 minutes
First Rise
  1. Place dough in greased bowl, cover
  2. Let rise in warm place until doubled, 1-2 hours
Shape Rolls
  1. Punch down dough, divide into 12 pieces
  2. Shape each into smooth ball
  3. Place in greased baking pan
  4. Cover and rise 30-45 minutes
Bake and Finish
  1. Bake at 375°F until golden, 20-25 minutes
  2. Meanwhile, combine melted butter and garlic
  3. Brush warm rolls with garlic butter
  4. Sprinkle with parsley and serve
