Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 1.5 pounds chicken thighs boneless skinless
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Sauce
  • 1/4 cup gochujang paste
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger grated
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Method
 

Prepare Chicken
  1. Pat chicken dry with paper towels
  2. Toss with cornstarch, sesame oil, salt, and pepper
  3. Let sit while preparing sauce
Make Sauce
  1. Whisk together gochujang, honey, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, and ginger
  2. Set aside
Air Fry
  1. Preheat air fryer to 380°F
  2. Arrange chicken in single layer in air fryer basket
  3. Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through
  4. Brush with sauce during last 2 minutes of cooking
Finish
  1. Check internal temperature reaches 165°F
  2. Toss cooked chicken with remaining sauce
  3. Garnish with additional sesame seeds
  4. Serve with rice and vegetables
