Prepare Chicken
- Pat chicken dry with paper towels
- Toss with cornstarch, sesame oil, salt, and pepper
- Let sit while preparing sauce
Make Sauce
- Whisk together gochujang, honey, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, and ginger
- Set aside
Air Fry
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F
- Arrange chicken in single layer in air fryer basket
- Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through
- Brush with sauce during last 2 minutes of cooking
Finish
- Check internal temperature reaches 165°F
- Toss cooked chicken with remaining sauce
- Garnish with additional sesame seeds
- Serve with rice and vegetables
