Honey Butter Garlic Glazed Salmon Bites

Ingredients
  

For the Salmon
  • 500 g salmon fillets skin removed, cut into cubes
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
For the Glaze
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cut salmon into 1-inch cubes.
  2. Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add salmon bites and sear for 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
  3. Remove salmon from the pan and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  5. Whisk in honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Simmer until slightly thickened.
Finishing
  1. Toss the salmon bites back into the glaze to coat thoroughly.
  2. Garnish with fresh parsley or sesame seeds if desired.
