Ingredients
  

Crunch Wrap Base
  • 6 large flour tortillas
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 6 tostada shells
Spicy Cream Sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Method
 

Prepare Filling
  1. Brown ground beef in skillet over medium heat
  2. Drain excess fat and add taco seasoning with water as directed
  3. Simmer for 5 minutes until thickened
Assemble Crunch Wraps
  1. Lay tortilla flat and spread layer of nacho cheese in center
  2. Add seasoned beef, tostada shell, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese
  3. Dollop sour cream and spicy sauce on top
  4. Fold edges of tortilla toward center, creating pleats
Cook Crunch Wraps
  1. Heat large skillet over medium heat
  2. Place crunch wraps seam-side down and cook for 3-4 minutes
  3. Flip carefully and cook other side until golden brown
  4. Serve immediately with extra sauce on side
