Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 packet instant yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 egg
Garlic Parmesan Filling
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped
Topping
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp parsley

Method
 

Make Dough
  1. In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
  2. Add warm milk, melted butter, and egg.
  3. Mix until dough forms, then knead for 5 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place in greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
Prepare Filling
  1. Combine melted butter, garlic, Parmesan, and parsley.
Shape Rolls
  1. Punch down dough and roll into 12 equal balls.
  2. Dip each ball in garlic Parmesan mixture.
  3. Arrange in greased 9-inch round pan.
  4. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
Bake
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Bake rolls for 22-25 minutes until golden.
  3. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley.
  4. Serve warm.
