Prep
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
- Season chicken with paprika, salt and pepper
Sear
- Sear chicken skin-side down in oven-safe skillet
- Remove chicken, add potatoes to skillet
Roast
- Roast potatoes for 20 minutes
- Return chicken to skillet skin-side up
Sauce
- Sauté garlic in skillet
- Add broth, cream and Parmesan, simmer until thickened
- Garnish with parsley and lemon zest
