Pasta
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
Sausage
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add sausage rounds and brown on both sides.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Sauce
- Lower heat. Pour in heavy cream and simmer until slightly thickened.
- Stir in parmesan cheese until smooth.
Combine
- Toss pasta with the sauce and sausage.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
