Method
 

Brownie
  1. Melt butter with sugar
  2. Whisk in eggs and cocoa
  3. Add flour mixture
Cookie
  1. Cream butter and sugars
  2. Add egg and vanilla
  3. Mix in dry ingredients
Layer
  1. Spread brownie in pan
  2. Drop cookie dough over
