Preparation

- Mix butter, garlic, and parsley. Spread onto the cut sides of the bread.
Assembling
- Bake the bread for 5 minutes until lightly toasted.
- Layer the sliced beef, sautéed onions, and peppers onto the bread.
- Top with provolone cheese slices.
Finishing
- Return to the oven for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and melted.
- Slice and serve warm.
