Easy Boston Cream Pie Cookie Bites

Ingredients
  

For the Cookie Base
  • 1 pack refrigerated sugar cookie dough
For the Filling
  • 1 cup vanilla pudding prepared
For the Topping
  • 1/2 cup chocolate frosting

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven according to cookie dough package instructions.
  2. Press dough into mini muffin tin cups.
Baking
  1. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Use a small spoon to press down the centers immediately after baking to create a 'cup'. Let cool.
Finishing
  1. Spoon vanilla pudding into each cookie cup.
  2. Top with a dollop of chocolate frosting. Chill before serving.
