Crispy Baked Chicken Tenders

Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 500 g chicken breast mini fillets tenders
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 2 cups Panko breadcrumbs
For the Seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Set up a breading station: flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in the second, and Panko mixed with seasonings in the third.
Breading
  1. Dredge each chicken tender in flour, then dip in egg, and finally coat thoroughly with the Panko mixture.
  2. Place tenders on the prepared baking sheet.
Finishing
  1. Lightly spray the tenders with cooking oil for extra crunch.
  2. Bake for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
