Ingredients
  

Main
  • 2 lbs chicken breast cooked and shredded
  • 1 lb bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup green onions sliced
  • 1 cup frozen peas
Sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
Topping
  • 2 cups crushed crackers or potato chips
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Grease 9x13 inch baking dish
  3. In large bowl, combine chicken, bacon, cheese, onions, and peas
Make Sauce
  1. In separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth
  2. Add sour cream, soup, milk, and ranch seasoning
  3. Mix until well combined and creamy
Assemble
  1. Pour sauce over chicken mixture, stir to combine
  2. Transfer to prepared baking dish, spread evenly
  3. Combine topping ingredients, sprinkle over casserole
Bake
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden
  2. Let stand 10 minutes before serving
  3. Garnish with additional green onions
