Sauté Aromatics
- Heat oil in large pot over medium heat.
- Add onion and jalapeños, cook until soft (5 minutes).
- Add garlic, cook 1 minute until fragrant.
Cook Chicken
- Add chicken, cumin, oregano, and coriander.
- Cook until chicken is no longer pink (6-7 minutes).
Simmer Chili
- Add broth, beans, green chilies, and corn.
- Bring to simmer and cook for 15 minutes.
Finish Soup
- Whisk sour cream and heavy cream together.
- Stir into chili along with lime juice.
- Heat through but do not boil.
Serve
- Ladle into bowls and top with desired toppings.
