Prepare the Overnight Oats
  1. In a jar or container with a lid, combine rolled oats, chia seeds (if using), and 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon.
  2. Pour in milk, 1-2 tbsp maple syrup/honey, and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract. Stir well to combine, ensuring no dry clumps.

Prepare Cream Cheese Frosting (Optional)
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt/softened cream cheese, 1-2 tsp maple syrup/honey, and 1/4 tsp vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Assemble and Enjoy
  1. Spoon the overnight oats into a bowl, top with the cream cheese frosting, and sprinkle with extra cinnamon if desired. Add any other desired toppings.
  2. Serve immediately.

Notes

Adjust sweetness and consistency to your preference. For a warm breakfast, gently heat in the microwave after chilling and add frosting afterward. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
