Oats
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
Flavorings
  • 1 banana mashed
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch salt
Fudge
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
Toppings
  • Walnuts
  • Banana slices
  • Cacao nibs

Method
 

Oats
  1. Mix oats, chia and milk
  2. Stir in mashed banana
  3. Refrigerate overnight
Fudge
  1. Whisk cocoa and maple syrup
  2. Add almond butter and vanilla
  3. Spread in parchment-lined tray
Freeze
  1. Freeze fudge 2 hours
  2. Cut into squares
Serve
  1. Layer oats and toppings
  2. Add fudge pieces
  3. Drizzle with peanut butter
