Cream
- Whip heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla to stiff peaks. Fold in mascarpone gently.
Assemble
- Dip ladyfingers quickly into cherry juice and line the bottom of a dish.
- Spread half the cream mixture over the cookies.
- Top with a layer of sliced cherries.
- Repeat with another layer of dipped cookies and cream.
Chill
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to let flavors meld.
