Prepare Filling
- Mix cream cheese, honey, lemon zest, cinnamon and nutmeg
- Gently fold in blueberries

- Fold tortillas in half

- Cook 3-4 minutes per side until golden
- Press gently with spatula
Serve
- Cut into wedges
- Drizzle with maple syrup
- Top with Greek yogurt and mint
