Grilling the Chicken
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and olive oil.

- In the last 2-3 minutes, brush generously with BBQ sauce until glazed and cooked through (165°F).
- Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice into strips.
Preparing the Dressing
- In a blender or food processor, combine avocado, yogurt, lime juice, garlic, and cilantro.
- Blend until smooth, adding water one tablespoon at a time until it reaches a pourable consistency.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Assembly
- In a large bowl, toss the lettuce with a small amount of dressing.
- Top with tomatoes, black beans, corn, red onion, and cilantro.
- Place the sliced BBQ chicken on top.
- Drizzle with remaining avocado dressing and serve immediately.
